1. The Col.Sir Jamshedji Duggan Govt.eye bank was inaugurated by Smt.Vijayalaxmi Pandit, Governor of Maharashtra on 1st October 1964.
2. 24 hrs emergency services including Eye Bank

• Cataract Camps
  
• Sir JJ Group of Hospitals has been actively conducting eye camps since long. The Department of Ophthalmology is involved in various projects involving community eye care. The various projects are:
