Services Provided:

J. J. Blood Bank is licensed for providing whole human blood There is an annual  turn over of 6000 to 7000 blood units. The bank takes care of the indoor hospital patient as well as Thalasemia Patient requiring transfusion every fortnight.

Equipments available:

All the necessary equipment whole blood are available.

Training Programs:

Regular Training schedules are held for post graduate students of M. D. Path, D.M.L.T. courses as well as nursing students

Future Plans:

New Metropolitan blood Bank will be started soon with facilities like component searatan & aphaeresis Also a diploma courses in transfusion will be introduced

Donor motivation programs are conducted on ongoing basic
